Services ensure long-term care of delivered IT system, its expansion and alterations and associated documentation updates. Diagnostics of IT systems is carried out remotely via VPN. The service intervention itself is performed when agreed on with the client or by arriving at the client’s site, if necessary.
Service conditions may be modified according to the client’s requirements in the comprehensive service contract, which ensures advisory services, immediate service, expansions and alterations of existing application or spare parts delivery.
